GOOD LUCK SISTER!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT MY SISTER KRISTY AND HER FRIEND MEGAN ARE WALKING IN THE 3-DAY BREAST CANCER WALK. I AM SO PROUD OF HER AND KNOW SHE WILL DO GOOD.

Early this year Kristy and her friend signed up to walk to help find a cure with hopes that some day our daughters may not have to walk and our granddaughters my not even know what breast cancer is. Little did we know that it would take a more personal turn, my mom Julie was told by her doctors that they were 95% sure that she had breast cancer. She had one final test to go. As we all waited a week for the results we went through an emotional rollercoaster and Kristy was even more determined to walk in the 3 day. By some miracle that even had the doctors at a loss for words the test came back negative. My mom got lucky, she is cancer free. Thousands of other women aren’t so lucky. So many women have lost their lives, many are fighting this horrible disease right now and still many women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. With the scare that my family has gone through I can only imagine what others have been through. Kristy is walking for my mom in hopes that she will always be cancer free. Kristy is walking for all the moms, grandmas, wives, sisters, nieces and daughters that have lost their life or fighting for their life right now and for those who will still be diagnosed until we find a cure.
