It is hard to believe that my little girl is turning "12 "today. She has become such a beautiful grown woman.

Taylor is always dressing up even if it's just to walmart. She always wants to look good even down to her shoes.

Kids First Day of School...

This is going to be a good year...

My baby is in a public school already, pre-k...

My big 6th grader is at a different school...

August 11,2008 The first day of school... Kassidy is in 3 grade, Baylee is in 1 grade, Cody is in pre-k and Taylor is in 6 grade at another mesa school. The girls go all day to school and cody goes at noon. They all ride the bus home together and love it. I asked them all what they learn on the first day of school and this is what they said, Kassidy, "I don't know but it was fun", Baylee, "my bus driver is H O T" and Cody, I missed you Mom, (had a little rough time the last 30 min of the day) but said i want to still go back tomorrow mommy I love you and I will be ok. So over all it was a good first day and many more good days to come. I love this school and so happy that my kids are in a mesa public school.

Mom is always there for all of us when we need her and when we dont, it just doesn't matter she just wants to be involved with the family ALLLLLL THHHE TIMMEE it's great because we now live in mesa and we get to see her and DAD a few times a week, we meet for dinner just so she can get her so called KID FIX!! I just want to THANK her for all she has done in my life sticking by me through the bad days I had in the past and also through the rebuilding process in my life. I am where I am today because of the best MOM and DAD in the world.. I wish and hope one day to be as good of a parent as I have had through the years, but I have said it before that is going to hard shoes to fill .. THANKS MOM FOR ALL YOU DO AND KNOW THAT WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING AND ALSO THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP AND SUPPORT AS I BEGIN ANOTHER JOURNEY IN MY LIFE TO GET BACK TO MYSLEF AFTER THIS STROKE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT WITH OUT YOU AND DAD..HAPPY B-DAY AND WE LOVE YOU...YOUR SON CHAD ...and Family

A BIG SCARE...

This weekend was the worst weekend ever. I thought I was going to loose the man of my life. Chad has not felt well these past couple weeks and now I know why. On Saturday morning we were out doing what we always do cleaning up the yard and pool so we could swim. I was hosing off the patio when Chad said I will be back. Well with in 5 min Taylor came running outside screaming, Daddy needs you mom he needs help. When I got inside he was laying on the stairs and as best as he could he said take me to the ER, I hurt and can't feel my left side. I said OK I will call 911 he said NO just take me. I hurry and changed my clothes( was in swimsuit and wet)and I put him in the car.I told the kids to stay with Jessica(friend of the family) and that I would call them after I got to the hospital.(thank goodness we live in mesa now) I was a wreck didn't know who to call and when I try to call people no one answered. The whole way there Chad was crying and saying hurry I hurt. Got to the hospital and a worker helped me get Chad out. I got a hold of family and friends and told them I need you please come to the hospital Chad is bad. The ER people got him back fast. Chad was having chest pain and numb on his whole right side. So is it a heart attack or stroke what is it Doc? The Doc said well if he is having both he could of tor en something in his heart but we can treat him till we find out or it can kill him. WHAT! I lost it my husband is only 31 and is having a heart attack, strokes, surgery or he might die. So they ran a test to make sure that there was not a tear in his heart. I had family and friend there to help me and cry with me. I just kept saying Chad is strong he will be ok. The test came back NO tear in hiS heart we can now treat him for a stroke or heart attack.So he took some test, blood, test and more blood the doc said well he is staying in the hospital for a couple of days. Well to make the story short, they took every test they could and lots of blood test. It came down to that he had a stroke.So scary and why him.
We got to come home Monday evening. Chad still numb on the left side mostly his arm. He will start therapy soon and time will tell when his feeling comes back. I am just glad he is here with me. I know he is strong and that it will take time but he will be ok. Thank you to everyone for all the help with my kids it meant alot. I also want everyone to know that the thoughts, calls, text, prayers and love is what made Chad strong. I knew we were loved by many but it sure showed this weekend.
